At Synergi Europe Limited we guarantee to send you the correct product and we will inspect everything carefully before it leaves us to make sure it is in excellent condition. We will do our utmost to package and to protect it so that it does not get damaged on its way. However, if you do have a problem, here is what to do:

You can return anything you are not happy with within 30 days of receiving it provided you have contacted us within 14 days of receipt to advise of its return and that is not something you have tried and not liked.  To get a full refund, simply return the item to us in its original condition, in its original packing within 30 days of cancellation. If the item has been damaged, used, or is not returned in its original packaging, we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value if the item needs to be disposed or to be reduced in prices for resale.

We would like to ask you to pay for the costs of returning an item to us, and we would recommend you to use a recorded delivery service to return items as they are your responsibility until we receive the goods you are returning.
